When you buy a unit from Daikin, your installer will propose a maintenance contract. Your installer has 18 months the time to offer you this maintenance contract. In case he doesn't in that period, you can go via our Stand By Me platform and purchase a maintenance contract from Daikin.

Yes. If your installer provides maintenance, you can continue using them for the maintenance of your unit.

If your installer does not offer maintenance, register your product on Stand By Me and can purchase our maintenance packages. There are different packages based on customer needs. We offer something for every need!

The recommended annual maintenance visit needs to be booked with the installer, who will check the proper functioning of the entire installation. Even if your heat pump is still under warranty, it is necessary to check its operating condition to ensure the durability of your installation. In some cases, a defect or an obvious lack of maintenance may result in the guarantee being invalidated. In case you purchased a maintenance contract from Daikin, you can book this by using our online calendar or by contacting our help desk.

We recommend regular maintenance of the filters every two months. This guarantees the performance of your unit and avoids overheating. The filters are easy to achess and easy to clean with water - just remember to switch the device off first.
